Terms of use
These terms apply when you create, save or access an album using FaceAlbum.
Your account
You are responsible for access to your Google, Facebook or email account and for activity carried out through your FaceAlbum session. Please provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of the photos, captions and other content you add. You give FaceAlbum permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service. You must have the right to upload and use the content you add.
Acceptable use
Do not use FaceAlbum to upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's albums, or distribute malicious software.
Service availability
FaceAlbum is an evolving digital product. Features may change and occasional interruptions may occur. We take reasonable care with the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that FaceAlbum is suitable as the only backup of important photos.
Closing your account
You may stop using FaceAlbum at any time and request deletion through the data deletion instructions. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
